1. Our Return Promise

EVERTRAIL accepts returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, including returns because you changed your mind and returns involving damaged, defective or incorrect products.

We cover return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and product-related problems. We do not charge restocking fees, return handling fees or refund processing fees.

2. How to Request a Return

Email support@evertrailfield.shop within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Include your order number and identify the items you wish to return.

A reason is not required for a change-of-mind return. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please describe the issue. Photographs may help us investigate, but do not replace your rights under applicable law.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange another return method at our expense. Please contact us before purchasing return postage.

After receiving return instructions, please dispatch your return within 14 calendar days. If you need additional time, contact us.

3. Return Conditions

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused beyond reasonable inspection, clean, complete and accompanied by their included accessories.

Please include original packaging where reasonably possible. Missing original packaging alone will not automatically prevent an otherwise eligible return.

Please package items securely to protect them during transport.

These conditions do not restrict your rights concerning damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Do not use a different address printed on a shipping label unless customer service instructs you to do so.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund at no additional cost to you.

The 30-day change-of-mind return period does not limit any additional rights available under applicable law.

6. Refunds

For an eligible return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

The refund includes the amount paid for the returned items, including any taxes included in that amount. For a full eligible return, we refund the full original order payment.

Shipping is free, and we do not deduct an outbound shipping charge or return shipping charge from an eligible refund.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. This posting time is separate from our 3-business-day refund processing period.

We will notify you when the refund has been issued. If you have difficulty locating it, contact us and your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, contact us. Exchanges depend on availability.

Any difference in product price will be explained and agreed before proceeding. If an exchange cannot be arranged, you may return the eligible item for a refund under this policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Email support@evertrailfield.shop as soon as possible to request cancellation or an order change.

If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatch has occurred. Dispatched orders may be returned under this policy.
